A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE AIRPORT LEASE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN PUEBLO, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, AND
MINNEQUA BANK OF PUEBLO, AND AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT OF THE
CITY COUNCIL TO EXECUTE SAME
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, THAT:
WHEREAS, the City of Pueblo, A Municipal Corporation, and Minnequa Bank of Pueblo
entered into an Airport Agreement on the September 11, 1995; and
WHEREAS, both parties wish to amend the provisions of the
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT,
SECTION 1
A certain Amendment to the Automated Teller Machine (ATM) and Related Financial Services
Lease Agreement together with Exhibit "A ", a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof by reference, after having been approved as to form by the City Attorney, by and
between the City of Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation, and Minnequa Bank of Pueblo, relating
to the lease of space in the terminal building, is hereby approved, subject to the conditions as
set forth in said Amendment.
SECTION 2
The President of the City Council is hereby authorized to execute said Amendment on behalf
of Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation, and the City Clerk shall affix the Seal of the City thereto
and attest the same.

AMENDMENT TO THE AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINE (ATM)
AND RELATED FINANCIAL SERVICES LEASE AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT entered into as of 13th day of November , 1995 between Pueblo, a
Municipal Corporation (the "Lessor ") and Minnequa Bank of Pueblo (the "Lessee ", WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Lessor and Lessee entered into the Pueblo Memorial Airport Automated Teller
Machine and Related Financial Services Lease Agreement dated September 11, 1995 for the sole
purpose of conducting an ATM and related financial services in the Terminal Building at the Pueblo
Memorial Airport (the "Agreement "), and
WHEREAS, Lessor and Lessee are desirous of modifying the provisions of the Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein Lessor and
Lessee agree as follows:
Effective on the date hereof, Exhibit A describing the Leased Premises attached hereto
is substituted for Exhibit A to the Agreement and supercedes said Exhibit A to the
Agreement.
2. Effective on the date hereof, Section 5(A) of the Agreement is amended to read as
follows:
For the privilege of operating the ATM and Related Financial Services business in the
Airport Terminal Building, Lessee shall pay a rental of $446.49 per month, payable in
advance on or before the tenth (10th) day of each month throughout the term, at a
place to be designated by the Lessor. Said rent is based on the rate of $11.07 per
square foot per year for floor space.
3. The Agreement as modified and amended by this Amendment to the Automated Teller
Machine (ATM) and Related Financial Services Lease Agreement shall remain in full
force and effect.
