HomeMy WebLinkAbout7664RESOLUTION NO. 7664 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM THE STATE LAND BOARD FOR THE DOWNTOWN TRANSIT CENTER BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that: SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to purchase the following properties for and on behalf of the City: a) the State Land Board parcel #14 more commonly known as lots 9 through 11 in block 41 of the original Town now City of Pueblo; b) the State Land Board parcel #15 more commonly known as lots 1 through 7 in block 42 of the original Town now City of Pueblo; c) the State Land Board Easement that covers all of 2nd Street East of Grand Avenue approximately 1/3 of the block toward Court Street. SECTION 2. The purchase price shall be $52,000.00. SECTION 3. The President of City Council is hereby authorized and directed to execute any and all instruments and deeds necessary or required to consummate the purchase. SECTION 4. Funds for said project shall be paid from account number 02- 1995- 100 -0- 40 -2000.
