A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A CONVEYANCE OF AN
EASEMENT TO PUEBLO, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION,
FOR A PUBLIC BICYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN PATH FROM
PLAZA PROPERTIES, INC., A CALIFORNIA
CORPORATION AND CONNECTICUT GENERAL LIFE
INSURANCE COMPANY, A CONNECTICUT CORPORATION
WHEREAS, Plaza Properties, Inc., a California Corporation, and
Connecticut General Life Insurance Company, a Connecticut
Corporation, have conveyed to the City of Pueblo the property
described in the attached deed; and
WHEREAS, this property is necessary for a public bicycle and
pedestrian path and future city development.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:
SECTION 1.
The City Council approves and accepts the transfer of real
property by Plaza Properties, Inc., a California Corporation, and
Connecticut General Life Insurance Company, a Connecticut
Corporation to Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation, by a deed dated
April 11, 1994, which is attached to this resolution.
SECTION 2
Resolution number 7353 adopted on April 11, 1994, previously
accepting a conveyance for the same easement described as attached
from Ernest W. Hahn, Inc., a California Corporation and Connecticut
General Life Insurance Company, a Connecticut Corporation, is
hereby rescinded.

WITNESSETH, That the grantor, for and inconsideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ( $10.00) and other

the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell,
convey and confirm, unto the grantee, its successors and assigns forever, all the real property together with improvements, if any, sittiate, lying and being
in the ' County of Pueblo and State of Colorado, described as follows:

TOGETHER, with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and
reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoeverof the grantor,
either in law or equity, of, in and to the above bargained permises, with the hereditaments and appurtenances.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises above bargained and described, with the appurtenances, unto the grantee, its successors and assigns
forever. And the grantor for itself, its successors and assigns, does covenant, grant, bargain and agree to and with the grantee, its successors and assigns,
that at the time of the ensealing and delivery of these presents, it is well seized of the premises above conveyed, has good, sure, perfect, absolute and
indefeasible estate of inheritance, in law, in [cc simple, and has good right, full power and lawful authority to grant, bargain, sell and convey the same in
manner and form aforesaid, and that the same are free and clear from all former and other grants, bargains, sales, liens, taxes, assessments, incumbrances
and restrictions of whatever kind or nature soevcr, %XV.

Subdivision as Amended and filed for record August 4, 1909, being
12.00 feet in width, 6.00 feet on each side of the following
described centerlines
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 1; thence
S.g9'- S0'- 00 "W., along the South line of said Lot 1, a distance of
11.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence N.00' -10' -00 "w. ,
a distance of 207.11 feet; thence N.30'- W- 00 "w., s distance of
29.22 feet; thence N.60 10'- 00 "W. a distance of 52.67 feet;
thence N. W - 07'- 46 "W., a distance of 279.09 feet; thence
