HomeMy WebLinkAbout7410RESOLUTION NO. 7 410 A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR FUEL FACILITIES REPLACEMENT (RFP 94 -019) AND AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT OF CITY COUNCIL TO EXECUTE THE SAME. WHEREAS, Proposals for Fuel Facilities Replacement (RFP 94 -019) were received and examined; and WHEREAS, the Proposal of HP Environmental Services of Commerce City, Colorado was determined to be the most responsive and responsible; now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that: SECTION 1. A Contract for Fuel Facilities Replacement (RFP 94 -019) be, and the same is hereby awarded to said bidder in the amount of $151,600.00. Contingent upon obtaining additional FTA funding. SECTION 2. President of City Council be, and she is hereby authorized to execute the contract on behalf of Pueblo, A Municipal Corporation and the Pueblo Transportation Company, land the City Clerk shall affix the seal of the City thereto and attest the same. SECTION 3. Funds for said project shall be paid from the 013 - 400 - 0440 -0- 050 -0200 Transportation Company Maintenance Capital Account. Contract Amount $151,600, Contingency Account $15,160.
