The majority (75 %) of the funds are being sought from a U. S. Economic Development Administration (EDA) Title IX Grant. The EDA Grant requires a 25% local match. I have enclosed a copy of the pre - application, which contains the proposed budget detail. The Authority is requesting $16,000 in cash from the City of Pueblo for the 1994 -1995 Program. This is substantially less than the City's combined contributions of $46,177 for the 1993 -1994 Program.
