RESOLUTION NO. 7354
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONVEYANCE /RELEASE
OF AN EASEMENT TO ERNEST W. HAHN, INC., A
CALIFORNIA CORPORATION, AND CONNECTICUT
GENERAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, A CONNECTICUT
CORPORATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:
Section 1.
WHEREAS, Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation, wishes to convey and
release to Ernest W. Hahn, Inc., a California Corporation, and
Connecticut General Life Insurance Company, a Connecticut
Corporation, the property described in the attached deed; and
WHEREAS, this property is no longer necessary for a bicycle
and pedestrian path.
Section 2.
The President of the City Council is hereby authorized and
directed to execute said deed for and on behalf of the City of
Pueblo and the City Clerk is directed to attest same and affix the
seal of the City thereto.
Section 3.
This Resolution shall become effective upon final passage and
approval.

THIS DEED, Made this 11th day of April 19 94
between PUEBLO, a Municipal Corporation
a corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of
Colorado grantor, and Ernest W. Hahn, Inc., a
California Corporation, and Connecticut General Life
Insurance Company, a Connecticut Corporation,
a corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of
, grantee, whose legal address is
WITNESS, That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($ 10) and other good and
valuable consideration------------------------------------------ - - - - -- DOLLARS,
the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, has remised, released, sold, conveyed and QUIT CLAIMED, and by these presents does
remise, release, sell, convey and QUIT CLAIM unto the grantee, its successors and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which
the grantor has in and to the real property, together with improvements, if any, situate, lying and being in the * County
of Pueblo and State of Colorado, described as follows:
All that portion of the Hike /Bike Path Easement, being 12.00 feet in width,
as conveyed to the City of Pueblo by Easement Deed recorded in Book 2054
at Page 94 of the Pueblo County records, which lies in Lot 1, Block 1 of
Target Subdivision as Amended and filed for record August 4, 1989.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging, or in anywise thereunto
appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever, of the grantor, either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof
of the grantee, its successors and assigns forever.
