A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A CONVEYANCE OF REAL
PROPERTY TO PUEBLO, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION,
FOR A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY
WHEREAS, Agnes Engler has conveyed to the City of Pueblo the
property described in the attached deed; and
WHEREAS, this property is necessary for public right of way
purposes and future city development.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:
SECTION 1
The City Council approves and accepts the transfer of real
property by Agnes Engler to Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation, by a
deed dated February 10, 1994, which is attached to this resolution.
