Re: 917 E. 3rd January 12, 1994
Dear Tom,
This property was condemned by the City and scheduled for
demolition. I purchased the property on December 22, 1994,
and have a line of credit of $48,000 with Pueblo Bank & Trust
for the total remodel of this property. We need the City Council
to reverse the condemnation in order to proceed with obtaining
building permits. We would appreciate if this proposal can be
submitted to members of City Council for approval without waiting
for the meeting of January 24, 1994. If not this letter can be
used to put on the agenda of the January 24th meeting. Please
advise us as soon as possible so we may pull permits, and we can
complete the project within 60 days.
Sincerely,
Randy Thurston
