A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE WASTEWATER
DEPARTMENT TO THE PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION FUND
FOR THE WASTEWATER PORTION OF THE PUBLIC WORKS
COMPLEX PROJECT
Whereas, the City of Pueblo is proposing to construct a new
Public Works Complex, to be located on the 200 Block of "D" Street,
(the "Project "); and
Whereas, the Wastewater Collection and Pretreatment Divisions,
within the Wastewater Department, will occupy and utilize a portion
of the Project; and
Whereas, the Wastewater Department's share of the Project cost
shall be paid from Wastewater funds; and
Whereas, Hurtig, Gardner, Froelich Architects, Inc. and Public
Works Department have determined the portion of the Project related
to the Wastewater Department to be $915,228.00; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
Funds for the Wastewater Department's portion of said Project
cost, in the amount of $915,228.00 , are available in the
Investment Account and shall be transferred from the Wastewater
Department Account No. 014 - 0400 - 441 - 000 - 040 -1524 to the
Construction Fund established with the Pueblo Bank and Trust Co.,
as Trustee under the Indenture for the Project.
SECTION 2.
This Resolution shall become effective January 1, 1994.
