A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF
PROPERTY FROM WAL-MART STORES, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The acceptance by the City of Quit Claim Deed dated October
25, 1993 from Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. to the City, a copy of which
is attached hereto, and the conveyance of land therein described
to the City are hereby approved.

ADELAWARE CORPORATION, State of ARKANSAS, grantor, and CITY OF PUEBLO, A MUNICIPAL
CORPORATION
whose legal address is ONE CITY HALL PLACE, PUEBLO, COLORADO 81003
of the County of PUEBLO and State of COLORADO, grantees:
WITNESSETH, That the grantor(s) for and in consideration of the sum of ONE AND
00/100, ($1.00) Dollars, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged
has remised, released, sold and QUIT CLAIMED, and by these presents DOES remise,
release, sell and QUIT CLAIM unto the grantee(s), and its heirs, successors and
assigns forever, all right, title, interest, claim and demand which the grantor(s)
has in and to the real property, together with improvements, if any, situate, lying
and being in the County of PUEBLO and State of Colorado, described as follows:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
also known by street and number as VACANT LAND.
TO HAVEAND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances
and privileges thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the
estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever, of the grantor(s), either in
law or equity, the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the grantee(s), and its
heirs and assigns forever, subject to those exceptions listed on Exhibit B attached
hereto and made a part hereof·
