HomeMy WebLinkAbout7117RESOLUTION NO. 7117 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING REAL PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC ALLEY RIGHT OF WAY BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that: WHEREAS, David F. Black has conveyed to the City of Pueblo the property described in attached Exhibit " A " ; and WHEREAS, this right of way is necessary to operate and maintain a public sanitary sewer. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that: The City Council approves and accepts the grant of this property by David F. Black in a deed dated March 30, 1993, which is attached to this resolution. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to record original copy of the attached deed and dedication plat in the office of the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder.
