A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING REAL PROPERTY FROM
JONES- HEALY, INC., FOR IROQUOIS ROAD RIGHT -
OF -WAY
WHEREAS, Jones - Healy, Inc., a Colorado Corporation, has granted
a Warranty Deed to the City of Pueblo for the extension of Iroquois Road
westerly from Jerry Murphy Road; and
WHEREAS, this right -of -way is necessary for public right -of -way
purposes and future development; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:

The City Council approves and accepts the grant of this property
by Jones - Healy, Inc., in a Deed dated February 23, 1993, which is attached
to this Resolution.

The City Clerk is directed to record said Warranty Deed in the
office of the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder.

distance of 224.76 feet to the Southeast corner of said tract, said point lying
on the Southwesterly line of Lot 20, Block 103, BElmont 7th Filing, according to
the recorded plat thereof; thence S. 41 ° - 44 20 "E., along the Southwesterly line
of maid Lot 20, a distance of 9.82 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 20;
thence N.53 34 30 "E., along the Southeasterly line of Lot 20, a distance of
125.68 feet to the East corner of said Lot 20, said point lying on the South -
westerly right -of -way line of Jerry Murphy Road; thence Southeasterly, along the
boundary of said Belmont 7th Filing, 98.42 feet along an arc of a curve to the
!!left whose radius is 1196.3 feet; thence S.50 46'- 39 "W., a distance of 3.1.0 feet;
thence along the arc of a curve to the right, whose radius is 340 feet, a distance
of 238.49 feet; thence N.89 ° - 02 a distance of 168.40 feet to a point on the
;North -South Centerline of Section 19. thence N.1 37 "W., along said centerline
a distance of 88.91 feet to the point of Beginning. Containing 0.782 Acres.
also known by street and number as:
TOGETHER with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and
reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever of the
grantor(s), either in law or equity, of, in and to the above bargained premises, with the hereditaments and appurtenances;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises above bargained and described with the appurtenances, unto the grantee(s), their heirs and
