A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURES OF ADDITIONAL
FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF RENOVATING THE RESTAURANT AREA
AT THE PUEBLO MEMORIAL AIRPORT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO THAT:
SECTION 1
A Summary of Work as outlined by HGF Architects, Inc. dated February 17, 1993 relating to
the renovation of the dining room, bar, kitchen, and storage space located in the Terminal
Building at the Pueblo Memorial Airport was approved by the City Council of Pueblo on
February 22, 1993.
SECTION 2
The Summary of Work is modified to include additional unforeseen work and expenses in the
amount of $44,542.00 and funds therefore are approved and shall be paid from the 050-
1993- 050 - 000 - 040 -8616 Airport Improvement Trust Fund account.
SECTION 3
The President of the City Council is hereby authorized to execute documents relating to
additional expenses of Renovating the Restaurant at the Pueblo Memorial Airport in the
amount of $44,542.00 and the City Clerk shall affix the Seal of the City thereto and attest
the same.
