A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING REAL PROPERTY FOR
PUBLIC ROAD RIGHT OF WAY
WHEREAS, Julian T. Trujillo has conveyed to the City of
Pueblo a portion of the East one -half of "The Boulevard ", now known
as Lakeshore Avenue; and
WHEREAS this right of way is necessary for public right of
way purposes and future city development; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:
The City Council approves and accepts the grant of this
property by Julian T. Trujillo in a deed dated December 17, 1992,
which is attached to this Resolution.

WITNESSETH, That the grantor(s), for and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable considerations- - - DOLLARS
the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, has remised, released, sold, conveyed and QUIT CLAIMED, and by
these presents doeS remise, release, sell, convey and QUITCLAIM unto the grantee(s), its heirs, successors and assigns,
forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the grantor(s) has in and to the real property, together with
improvements, if any, situate, lying and being in the County of Pueblo and State of
Colorado, described as follows:
The East one -half of "The Boulevard"
(now known as Lakeshore Avenue), from
the South line of Joliet Avenue extended,
to the North line of Iowa Avenue extended,
as shown on the plat of Eastlake, filed
for record on March 30, 1903, in Book 9
at Page 41 of the Pueblo County Records,
also known by street and number as:
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or in
anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever, of the grantor(s), either in law or equity, to
the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the grantee(s), its heirs and assigns forever.
