A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RIGHT -OF -WAY
FOR PLATTEVILLE BOULEVARD FROM LAWYERS
TITLE OF PUEBLO, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:

The Warranty Deed granted by Lawyers Title of Pueblo, Inc., dated
August 24, 1992, for that portion of Platteville Boulevard between Tract
256, Pueblo West, and Interstate 25, more specifically described in the
attached Exhibit "A ", after having been approved as to form by the City
Attorney, and contingent upon receipt of satisfactory evidence of title, is
hereby accepted.
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk is directed to record said Warranty Deed in the
office of the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder.

THIS DEED, made this 5 tY lday of November ,1992, between MCO PROPERTIES INC., a Delaware corporation
( "Grantor ") and THE CITY OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, a municipality ( "Grantee ").
FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, Grantor hereby grants to
Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, all the following described lots or parcels of land, situate, lying and being in the County
of Pueblo, and the State of Colorado, to wit:

20 South, Range 65 West, of the Sixth Principal Meridian, being eighteen feet each side of the following described
centerline:
BEGINNING at the centerline of Platteville Boulevard and the boundary of PUEBLO WEST COLORADO,
AMENDED TRACT NO. 256 according to the recorded plat thereof, from which the Southwest corner of said
Section 2 bears S 01 °- 50' -12" E (bearings based on the South line of the SW 1/4 of said Section 2 to bear N
88 °- 44' -51" E according to the SURVEY of PUEBLO WEST, COLORADO recorded in Book 1689 at Pages
52 and 53 of the Pueblo County Records), a distance of 3976.42 feet (distances based on the Colorado State
Coordinate Grid, south zone, according to said Survey of Pueblo West, Colorado); thence continuing along the
existing centerline of Platteville Boulevard the following 11 courses:
1) S 52 °- 23' -40" E, a distance of 425.56 feet;
2) Along the are of a curve to the left whose center bears N 37 °- 36' -20" E and whose radius is 850.00 feet,
a distance of 174.60 feet;

a distance of 253.01 feet;
11) N 87 °- 53' -54" E, a distance of 439.23 feet more or less to a point on the existing, westerly right -of -way
of Interstate No. 25, said point being the POINT OF TERMINUS.

The average theta angle for this plat is 0 °- 27' -41 ". The average grid factor for this plat is 1.0002534 (The above
grid factor is to be used to provide a ground distance at a mean elevation.)
The existing centerline of Platteville Boulevard is as located on the ground in July, 1989.
Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion
and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand
whatsoever, of the said Grantor, either in law or equity, of, in and to the above bargained premises, with the hereditaments and
appurtenances; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises above bargained and described, with the appurtenances, unto the Grantee,
its successors and assigns forever.
And the said Grantor does covenant, grant, bargain and agree to and with the Grantee its successors and assigns, to WARRANT
AND FOREVER DEFEND the above bargained premises in the quiet and peaceable possession of said Grantee, its successors and
assigns, against all and every person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim the whole or any part thereof.
B. TWO (2) THIRTY -TWO FOOT RIGHTS -OF -WAY (PLATTEVILLE BOULEVARD)
