A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT
FROM GEORGE W. FLOROM
WHEREAS, George W. Florom, on November 4, 1991, granted an easement
to the City of Pueblo; and
WHEREAS, such easement is necessary to construct a future public sidewalk
on Goodnight Avenue, and has been approved as to form by the City Attorney; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:
The easement granted by George W. Florom, dated November 4, 1991, which
easement is on file with the City Clerk, is hereby approved and accepted.
The City Clerk is directed to record said easement in the office of the Pueblo
County Clerk and Recorder.

SIDEWALK AND UTILITY EASEMENT
THIS EASEMENT, granted this Z/�,— day of LWn't 1991 by
George W. Florom, GRANTOR, to the CITY OF PUEBLO, a Municipal
Corporation, GRANTEE:
WITNESSETH:
THAT FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, paid by GRANTEE, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, GRANTOR hereby grants to GRANTEE,
its successors and assigns, an easement for the purpose of a 6' public
sidewalk and public utilities along Goodnight Avenue, in, through, over,
under and across GRANTOR'S property situate in Pueblo County,
Colorado, and described as follows:
The Northerly 6 feet of the East 110 feet of the North
75 feet of Lot 5, in Newsom's Subdivision of Block 5,
Goodnight Avenue Place.
County of Pueblo, State of Colorado.
Also known as 301 Park Drive.
TOGETHER WITH the right to enter upon said property for the
purpose of construction, maintenance, control and repair, and
together with the right to use so much of the adjoining property
of GRANTOR that may be reasonably necessary during the period of
initial construction of said purposes. The GRANTOR reserves
the right to use and occupy said property for any purpose consistent
with the right and privilege above granted and which will not
interfere with or endanger any of the GRANTEE'S equipment or
facilities therein or use thereof. Such reservation by
the GRANTOR shall in no event include the right to locate or

erect any building or any other structure or mobile home trailer
unit upon the easement herein granted.
"GRANTOR" shall include the plural and the feminine. This
easement shall be binding upon, and shall inure to the benefit of
the heirs, personal representatives, successors, or assigns of the
GRANTOR and GRANTEE.
