RESOLUTION NO. 6792
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
A REVOCABLE PERMIT TO THE COUNTY OF PUEBLO
FOR THE USE OF 10TH STREET BETWEEN MAIN
AND COURT STREETS ON AUGUST 15, 1991
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO that:
SECTION 1.
A Revocable Permit be issued to the County of Pueblo for the
use of 10th Street between Main and Court Streets to hold an Annual
Ice Cream Social on August 15, 1991 from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
It is understood that the County of Pueblo will assume the
responsibility for cleaning up any debris resulting from the
activities an the described premises. The applicant has provided the
City with a certificate of insurance with the required general public
liability coverage.
SECTION 2.
The Revocable Permit, hereby granted, may be revoked by
resolution of the City Council at anytime hereafter, without notice.
