HomeMy WebLinkAbout6766RESOLUTION NO. 6766 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 116 RICHMOND AVENUE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that: CFf TTnN 1 - The City Manager is hereby authorized to take such action as may be necessary to acquire from the Minnequa Bank of Pueblo, as owner, the real property located in the City of Pueblo, County of Pueblo, and State of Colorado, and described as NW 64 FT 3 IN of Lot 7 Block 62 Hobsons Sub, for a sum not to exceed $85,000.
