A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 116 RICHMOND AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:

The City Manager is hereby authorized to take such action as may be
necessary to acquire from the Minnequa Bank of Pueblo, as owner, the real
property located in the City of Pueblo, County of Pueblo, and State of
Colorado, and described as NW 64 FT 3 IN of Lot 7 Block 62 Hobsons Sub,
for a sum not to exceed $85,000.

THIS DEED, Made this 14TH day of FEBRUARY, 1992 between

of COLORADO, grantor, and PUEBLO, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION
a corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State
of COLORADO, grantee, whose,legal address is ONE CITY HALL PLACE, PUEBLO, CO 81003,
WITNESSETH,. That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of EIGHTY THOUSAND
AND 00 /100, ($80,000.00) Dollars, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does
grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm, unto the grantee, its successors and assigns
forever, all the real property together with improvements, if any, situate,lying and
being in the County of PUEBLO and State of Colorado, described as follows:

said Block 62, filed for record August 8, 1888, County of Pueblo, State of Colorado

TOGETHER, with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging, or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversions, remainder and
remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and all the estate, right, title,
interest, claim and demand whatsoever of the grantor, either in law or equity, of in
and to the above bargained premises, with the hereditaments and appurtenances.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises above bargained and described, with the
appurtenances, unto the grantee, its successors and assigns forever. And the grantor,
for itself, its successors and assigns, does covenant, grant, bargain, and agree to
and with the grantee, its successors and assigns, that at the time of the ensealing
and delivery of these presents, it is well seized of the premises above conveyed, has
good, sure, perfect, absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance, in law, in fee
simple, and has good right, full power and lawful authority to grant, bargain sell
and convey the same in manner and form aforesaid, and that the same are free and clear
from all former and other grants,,bargaius, sales, liens, taxes, assessments.,
incumbrances and restrictions of whatever kind or nature soever, except,
general taxes for 1992 and subsequent years; except easements, restrictions,
covenants, conditions, reservations and rights of way of record, if any,

The grantor shall and will,WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND the above - bargained premises
in the quiet and peaceable possession of the grantee, its successors and assigns, against
