HOLLBERG FOR A PORTION OF AN EASE- MENT IN THE HIGHLAND PARK PLAZA SUBDIVISION BE IT.RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF PUEBLO, that: CFrTTnN 1 The Quit Claim Deed dated May 28, 1991, between Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation, and Regina M. Hollberg, Leo W. Hollberg, Kurt F. Hollberg, a copy of which is attached hereto, as to form by the City Attorney, is hereby approved. QUIT CLAIM DEED THIS DEED, Made this 28th day of May ' 19 0'1 , between PUEBLO, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION of the *County of PUEBLO and State of Colorado, grantor(s), and REGINA M. HOLLBERG, LEO W. HOLLBERG, JOHN E. HOLLBERG AND KURT F.
