A RESOLUTION APPROVING EASEMENTS BETWEEN
PUEBLO, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION AND UNISYS
CORPORATION RELATING TO ACCESS AT THE PUEBLO
MEMORIAL AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL PARK AND AUTHORIZ-
ING THE PRESIDENT OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO
EXECUTE SAME
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The Easements dated April 30, 1991 between the City of
Pueblo, a municipal corporation and Unisys Corporation relating to
access at the Pueblo Municipal Airport Industrial Park, copies of
which are attached hereto and incorporated herein, having been
approved as to form by the City Attorey, are hereby approved. The
President of the City Council is authorized to execute the Ease-
ments in the name of and on behalf of the City and the City Clerk
is directed to affix the seal of the City thereto and attest same.
SECTION 2.
This Resolution shall become effective upon final passage.

EASEMENT
THIS EASEMENT, granted this 30th day of April, 1991, between
the City of Pueblo, a municipal corporation, whose legal address
is 1 City Hall Place, Pueblo, Colorado 81002 (the "Grantor "),
and Unisys Corporation, successor in merger to Sperry
Corporation, a Delaware corporation whose address is Township
Line at Union Meeting Roads, Bluebell, Pennsylvania 19424 -0001
(the "Grantee ").
WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) paid to the Grantor by the
Grantee, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby grant to the Grantee a non - exclusive
easement for ingress and egress over and across the following
described parcel of real property situate in the County of Pueblo
and State of Colorado (the "Easement "):
A tract or parcel of land No. 4 of the City of
Pueblo, State of Colorado, Project No. 0002- 0050 -14, in
the SE /4 of the SW /4 of Section 25, and the SW /4 of the
SE /4 of Section 25, Township 20 South, Range 64 West,
of the Sixth Principal Meridian, in Pueblo County,
Colorado, said tract or parcel being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the S/4 corner of Section 25, thence
1.00 feet East along the section line at a bearing of
S. 87 0 21'30" E. to the centerline of the crossroad,
thence North along the crossroad centerline a distance
of 543.27 feet at a bearing of N. 1 °11'00" W. to the
Point of Beginning being the intersection of the
southerly right of way line of The Atchison, Topeka and
Santa Fe Railway Company and the centerline of said
crossroad;
Thence N. 88 0 49 1 00" E., a distance of 127.50 feet
along the southerly right of way line of said Railway
Company;
Thence N. 1 0 06 1 00" W., a distance of 100.0 feet to
northerly right of way line of said Railway Company;
Thence S. 88 0 49 1 00" W., a distance of 251.25 feet
along said northerly right of way line of said Railway
Company;
Thence S. 1 0 06 1 00" E., a distance of 100.0 feet to
the southerly right of way line of said Railway
Company;
Thence N. 88 0 49 1 00" E., a distance of 123.75 feet
along said southerly right of way of said Railway
Company to the Point of Beginning;
This Easement is subject to the terms, conditions and
provisions of Grantor's easement from the Atchison, Topeka and
the Santa Fe Railroad for the same real property and this
Easement shall terminate upon the termination of such easement.
This Easement is for the benefit of and appurtenant to that land,
or any part thereof, situate in the County of Pueblo and State of
Colorado, and more particularly described in Exhibit A attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Grantor reserves the right, but is not obligated, to repair,
modify,
alter, change,
relocate, temporarily close
and provide
detours
therefor, and
redesignate this Easement.
Immediately
upon the dedication by Grantor of this Easement, or any portion
thereof, to the public, this Easement shall immediately expire
and terminate as to the portion thereof so dedicated.
Grantee will in no way hinder or prevent (i) the proper and
reasonable use of this Easement for vehicular and pedestrian
traffic purposes by other property owners served by this Easement
or the general public, or (ii) the use and enjoyment of the
property through which this Easement is granted.

Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder, from which the NW corner of
Section 26 in Township 20 South, Range 64 West bears N67 0 33 1 07 11 W,
a distance of 6068.36 feet; (bearings based on the line between
the NW corner and the W; corner of said Section 26 to bear
N00 0 41 1 22 11 W, with all bearings contained herein being relative
thereto.) Thence N11 °20'11 "E, a distance of 612/07 feet; thence

EASEMENT
THIS EASEMENT, granted this 30th day of April, 1991, between
the City of Pueblo, a municipal corporation, whose legal address
is 1 City Hall Place, Pueblo, Colorado 81002 (the "Grantor ") ,
and Unisys Corporation, successor in merger to Sperry
Corporation, a Delaware corporation whose address is Township
Line at Union Meeting Roads, Bluebell, Pennsylvania 19424 -0001
(the "Grantee ").
WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, for and in consideration of

An easement for the purpose of Ingress- Egress being a
portion of the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 and the SW 1/4 of
Section 25, Township 20 South, Range 64 West of the
Sixth Principal Meridian, County of Pueblo, State of
Colorado, being. more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northerly right of way line
of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad from
which the E 1/4 corner of said Section 25 bears N
53 0 51 1 13" E, (bearings based on the east line of the
NE 1/4 of said Section 25 to bear N 00 0 03 1 21" W) a
distance of 3243.28 feet; Thence S 87 0 55 1 59" W, along
the said northerly right of way line, a distance of
225.00 feet; Thence N O1 0 49 1 46" W, a distance of
1187.00 feet; Thence along the arc of a non - tangent
curve to the left whose center bears S 54 0 42 1 32" W and
whose radius is 452.50 feet, a distance of 447.60 feet;
Thence S 88 0 02 1 03" W, a distance of 1458.39 feet;
Thence N O1 0 57 1 57" W, a distance of 137.50 feet to the
SW corner of Pueblo Memorial Airport Industrial Park
Subdivision Exemption No. 84 -2 (Second Amendment),
according to the recorded plat thereof, filed for
record July 31, 1985, in Book 2251 at Page 446 in the
records of the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder.
Thence N 88 0 02 1 03" E, along the South line of said
Subdivision Exemption, a distance of 2083.60 feet to
the SE corner of said Subdivision Exemption. Thence S
02 0 00 1 23" E, a distance of 137.50 feet; Thence S
88 0 02 1 03" W, a distance of 21.72 feet; Thence S
01 0 49 1 46" E, a distance of 1390.50 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
This Easement is for the benefit of and appurtenant to that
land, or any part thereof, situate in the County of Pueblo and
State of Colorado, and more particularly described in Exhibit A
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Grantor reserves the right, but is not obligated, to repair,
