HomeMy WebLinkAbout6694RESOLUTION NO. 6694 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING REAL PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC ROAD RIGHT OF WAY BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that: WHEREAS, Estelle S. Bartley as a partner of ROB -ES, a Colorado Partnership, has conveyed to the City of Pueblo a portion of the east 1/2 of "The Boulevard" now known as Lakeshore Avenue; and WHEREAS, this right of way is necessary for public right of way purposes and future city development. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that: The City Council approves and accepts the grant of this property by ROB -ES partnership in a deed dated January 31, 1991 which is attached to this resolution.
