A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING REAL PROPERTY FOR
PUBLIC ROAD RIGHT OF WAY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:
WHEREAS, Estelle S. Bartley as a partner of ROB -ES, a Colorado
Partnership, has conveyed to the City of Pueblo a portion of the
east 1/2 of "The Boulevard" now known as Lakeshore Avenue; and
WHEREAS, this right of way is necessary for public right of
way purposes and future city development.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that:
The City Council approves and accepts the grant of this
property by ROB -ES partnership in a deed dated January 31, 1991
which is attached to this resolution.

from the South line of Nevada Avenue extended, to the North line
of Garden Avenue (now known as Maryland Avenue) extended, as
shown on the plat of Eastlake, filed for record on March 30,
1903, in Book 9 at Page 41 of the Pueblo County Records,

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or in
anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever, of the grantor(s), either in law or equity, to
