V&E RFAS, there is acknowledged a continuing need to update City Park and Recreation facilities in an effort to meet the growing and changing recreational demands of the City's neighborhoods; and M&REAS, The City of Pueblo has prepared a proposal for funding in the Fiscal year 1991 funding cycle of the Urban Park and Recreation Recovery Program (UPARR), administered by the National Park Service of the U.S. Department of the Interior, in compliance with the Urban Park and Recreation Recovery Act (Title X of P.L. 95 -625); and and VEZEAS, this proposal involves the rehabilitation of Bradford Park; WIREAS, the City certifies that it will comply with all National Parks Service requirements for the U.P.A.R.R. Grant Program; and MEREAS, the City designates Tony J. Langoni, Director of Parks and Recreation, as its project leader responsible for overall project implementation; and WIRFAS, the City certifies the availability of matching funds to support the implementation of this Grant -In -Aid Proposal. that: i•�21 —11111 oll i • �• t• • �: • •• •• • •• SECTICN 1.
