A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE
TRANSFER AND CONVEYANCE OF APPROXIMATELY FIVE
AND THREE TENTHS (5.3) ACRES OF LAND FROM THE
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PUEBLO,
COLORADO AND FENIX REDEVELOPMENT PARTNERSHIP,
LTD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The City Council does hereby approve and accept the transfer
and conveyance to Pueblo, a municipal corporation of approximately
five and three tenths (5.3) acres of land described in the quit
claim deeds from the Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo,
Colorado, and Fenix Redevelopment Partnership, Ltd., attached
hereto and incorporated herein.

WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One dollar and other good and valuable consideratio
to the said party of the first part in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby confessed and acknowledged, bath remised, released, sold, conveyed and QUIT CLAIMED, and by these pres-
ents doth remise, release, sell, convey and QUIT CLAIM unto the said part y of the second part,i t s s uC C

in and to the following described real property situate, lying and being in the
County of Pueblo and State of Colorado, to wit:

For a period of 14 years from the date of this deed, the herein
described property will not be used for any purpose other than
parks or open spaces.

belonging, or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever, of the
