HomeMy WebLinkAbout6631RESOLUTION NO. 6631 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A WARRANTY DEED FROM WILLIAM J. CRAIN, JR. AND ELEANOR A. CRAIN FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES WHEREAS, William J. Crain, Jr. and Eleanor A. Crain, on August 7, 1990, granted a Warranty Deed to the City of Pueblo; and WHEREAS, such Deed is necessary to construct curb and gutter and paving on West 11th Street, and has been approved as to form by the City Attorney; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that: UrTMN 1 The Warranty Deed granted by William J. Crain, Jr. and Eleanor A. Crain, recorded in Book 2515, at Pages 889 and 890 of the Pueblo County Records, which Deed is on file with the City Clerk, is hereby approved and accepted.
