A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A WARRANTY DEED
FROM WILLIAM J. CRAIN, JR. AND ELEANOR
A. CRAIN FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, William J. Crain, Jr. and Eleanor A. Crain, on August 7,
1990, granted a Warranty Deed to the City of Pueblo; and
WHEREAS, such Deed is necessary to construct curb and gutter and
paving on West 11th Street, and has been approved as to form by the City
Attorney; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:

The Warranty Deed granted by William J. Crain, Jr. and Eleanor A.
Crain, recorded in Book 2515, at Pages 889 and 890 of the Pueblo County
Records, which Deed is on file with the City Clerk, is hereby approved and
accepted.

A parcel of land in the NW- of the SE4 of Section 27, Township
20 South, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., being 80.00 feet in
width, 40.00 feet on each side of the following described
centerline:
Beginning at the intersection of the East line of the said NW4
of the SE- and the centerline of 11th Street, as platted in
Hyde Park Subdivision, according to the recorded plat thereof,
filed for record July 16, 1888; thence Westerly, along the said
centerline of 11th Street extended to the West line of the said
NW- of the SE- and the Point of Terminus. EXCEPTING HEREFROM
that tract of land previously deeded to the City of Pueblo by
the United States of America and recorded in Book_2126 at Page
313 of the Pueblo County Records.

reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof, and all the estate, right, interest, claim and
