RESOLUTION NO. 16458
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE
MAYOR OF LASONDRA ARREDONDO TO COMPLETE A
FOUR-YEAR TERM EXPIRING AUGUST 30, 2029, ON THE ADA
ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Mayor Heather Graham has requested confirmation by the City Council of
her appointment of Lasondra Arredondo to the Pueblo ADA Advisory Committee; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The appointment by the Mayor of Lasondra Arredondo to the ADA Advisory Committee
to complete a four-year term expiring August 30, 2029, shall be and is hereby confirmed by the
City Council.
SECTION 2.
The officers and staff of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent
with this Resolution to implement the appointments described herein.
SECTION 3.
This Resolution shall become effective on the date of final action by the Mayor and City
Council.

This Resolution confirms the appointment by the Mayor of Lasondra Arredondo to
complete a four-year term expiring August 30, 2029, on the ADA Advisory Committee.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
The Mayor has made appointments to boards and commissions selecting individuals to
serve terms which expire during a particular calendar year and presented them to
Council for approval.
BACKGROUND:
Since the committee composition is of up to 15 members, there is a position available to
complete a four-year term expiring August 30, 2039 and a position available to
complete a four-year term expiring August 30, 2030 on the ADA Advisory Committee.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
This is a volunteer committee and members serve without compensation.
