RESOLUTION NO. 16439
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE
MAYOR OF ERICK JAVANEAU, DAN LEONE, JOHN WARK,
RYAN FRUSHOUR, AND PETER QUINBY TO SERVE ON THE
PUEBLO MEMORIAL AIRPORT ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Mayor Heather Graham has requested confirmation by the City Council of
her appointment of Erick Javaneau, Dan Leone, John Wark, Ryan Frushour, and Peter Quinby
to the Pueblo Memorial Airport Advisory Committee; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The appointment by the Mayor of Erick Javaneau to the Pueblo Memorial Airport
Advisory Committee to complete a three-year term expiring September 30, 2028, shall be and is
hereby confirmed by the City Council.
SECTION 2.
The reappointment by the Mayor of Dan Leone, John Wark, Ryan Frushour, and Peter
Quinby to the Pueblo Memorial Airport Advisory Committee to serve a three-year term expiring
September 30, 2029 shall be and is hereby confirmed by the City Council.
SECTION 3.
The officers and staff of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent
with this Resolution to implement the appointments described herein.
SECTION 4.
This Resolution shall become effective on the date of final action by the Mayor and City
Council.

SUMMARY:
This Resolution confirms the appointment by the Mayor of Erick Javaneau, Dan Leone,
John Wark, Ryan Frushour, and Peter Quinby to serve on the Pueblo Memorial Airport
Advisory Committee.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
The Mayor has made appointments to boards and commissions selecting individuals to
serve terms which expire during a particular calendar year and presented them to
Council for approval.
BACKGROUND:
Due to the resignation of Norm Gonzales and term expirations, there is one
appointment available to serve a three-year term ending 9/30/28 and four appointments
available to serve a three-year term ending 9/30/29 on the Pueblo Memorial Airport
Advisory Committee. Dan Leone, John Wark, Ryan Frushour, and Peter Quinby are
incumbents and eligible to serve another term.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
This is a volunteer committee and members serve without compensation.
