Adams, Jr., on March 21, 1990, granted a Quit Claim Deed to the City of Pueblo; and WHEREAS, such Deed is necessary to construct a public side- walk along the West side of Cambridge Avenue,! and has been approved as to form by the City Attorney; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that: cFrTTnN 1 The Quit Claim Deed granted by Alva B. Adams, Jr., dated March 21, 1990, which Deed is on file with the City Clerk, is hereby approved and accepted. CFrTTnN 9 The City Clerk is directed to record said Quit Claim Deed in the office of the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder.
