A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED
FROM ALVA B. ADAMS, JR.
WHEREAS, Alva B. Adams, Jr., on March 21, 1990, granted a
Quit Claim Deed to the City of Pueblo; and
WHEREAS, such Deed is necessary to construct a public side-
walk along the West side of Cambridge Avenue,! and has been approved as
to form by the City Attorney; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:

The Quit Claim Deed granted by Alva B. Adams, Jr., dated
March 21, 1990, which Deed is on file with the City Clerk, is hereby
approved and accepted.

The City Clerk is directed to record said Quit Claim Deed in
the office of the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder.
