FRIDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2026, THROUGH SATURDAY,
OCTOBER 10, 2026; MAIN STREET SOUTHBOUND LANES
FROM CITY CENTER DRIVE TO ALAN HAMEL AVENUE ON
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2026, AND THE CITY PARKING
LOT AT ALAN HAMEL AVENUE AND MAIN STREET FROM
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2026, TO SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10,
2026, TO HOST THE 2026 GRASSROOTS GRAVEL BICYCLE
EVENT AND EXPO
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1 _
The attached Revocable Permit (REV -26-17) is authorized to be issued to Grassroots
Gravel, Ltd., for the use of Alan Ham& Avenue between N. Union Avenue and Main Street on
Friday, October 9, 2026, through Saturday, October 10, 2026; Main Street southbound lanes
from City Center Drive to Alan Hamel Avenue on Saturday, October 10, 2026, and the City
parking lot at Alan Hamel Avenue and Main Street from Thursday, October 8, 2026, to
Saturday, October 10, 2026, to host the 2026 Grassroots Grave Bcyce Event and Expo.
SECTION 2.
The use of the public right-of-way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms, and
conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit (REV -26-17).
SECTION 3.
The officers of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with the
intent of this Resolution to implement the policies and procedures described herein.
SECTION 4.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval.

Attached is a Revocable Permit to be issued to Grassroots Gravel, Ltd.

BACKGROUND:
Grassroots Gravel, Ltd., has submitted a Revocable Permit application (REV -26-17)
requesting the use of I n Ham& Avenue between N. Union Avenue and Main Street
on Friday, October 9, 2026, through turd y October 10, 2026; Main Street
southbound lanes from City Center Drive to Aan Ham& Avenue on Saturday, October
10, 2026, and the City parking ot at Aan Ham& Avenue and Main Street from
Thursday, ctober 8, 2026, to Saturday, October 10, 2026, to host the 2026 r ssroots
Gravel Bcyce Event and Expo
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
None.

BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval.
STAKEHOLDER PROCESS:
None.
ALTERNATIVES:
Failure to approve the Resolution will prevent the applicant from hosting their bicycling
event and expo.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the Resolution.
