A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A
REVOCABLE PERMIT (REV-26-20) TO AMERICAN LEGION
POST #2 FOR THE CLOSURE OF THE 700 BLOCK OF WEST
9TH STREET BETWEEN CRAIG STREET AND WEST STREET
TO HOST THEIR CAR AND BIKE SHOW ON AUGUST 8, 2026,
FROM 6:00 A.M. TO 3:00 P.M.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SFCTION 1
The attached Revocable Permit (REV-26-20) submitted by the American Legion Post #2
for the closure of the 700 block of West 9th Street between Craig Street and West Street to host
their car and bike show on August 8, 2026, from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
SECTION 2.
The use of the public right-of-way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms, and
conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit.
SFCTION 3_
The officers of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with this
Resolution to implement the policies and procedures described herein.
SECTION 4.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval.

SUMMARY:
Attached is a Revocable Permit (REV-26-20) submitted by the American Legion Post
#2 for the closure of the 700 block of West 9th Street between Craig Street and West
Street to host their car and bike show on August 8, 2026, from 6.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.

None.
BACKGROUND:
The applicant has submitted a Revocable Permit application (REV-26-20) submitted by
the American Legion Post #2 for the closure of the 700 block of West 9th Street
between Craig Street and West Street to host their car and bike show on August 8,
2026, from 6.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
None.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval.

None.
