RESOLUTION NO. 16349
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
REVOCABLE PERMIT (REV-26-16) TO THE OAKVIEW GROUP,
LLC. FOR THE USE OF THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG
SOUTH MAIN STREET BETWEEN CITY CENTER DRIVE AND
ALAN HAMEL AVENUE FOR THEIR TACO PALOOZA EVENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The attached Revocable Permit (REV-26-16) issued to the Oakview Group, LLC. for the
use of the public right-of-way along South Main Street between City Center Drive and Alan
Hamel Avenue for their Taco Palooza event on June 27, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to June 27, 2026,
at 11:59 p.m.
SECTION 2.
The use of the public right-of-way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms, and
conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit.
SECTION 3.
The Officers of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with the
intent of this Resolution to implement the policies and procedures described herein.
SECTION 4.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval.

SUMMARY:
Attached is a Resolution authorizing the issuance of Revocable Permit (REV-26-16) to
the Oakview Group, LLC. for the use of the public right-of-way along South Main Street
between City Center Drive and Alan Hamel Avenue for their Taco Palooza event.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
None.
BACKGROUND:
The Oakview Group, LLC, has submitted Revocable Permit (REV-26-16) for the use of
the public right-of-way along South Main Street between City Center Drive and Alan
Hamel Avenue for their Taco Palooza event on June 27, 2026, from 8.00 a.m. to June
27, 2026, at 11.59 p.m.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
None.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval.
STAKEHOLDER PROCESS:
None.

ALTERNATIVES:
Failure to approve the Resolution will prevent the applicant from hosting their outside
event.
RECOMMENDATION:
