OF LUCRETIA ROBINSON TO SERVE A FOUR-YEAR TERM EXPIRING
JUNE 1, 2030, ON THE BOARD OF ELECTIONS

This Resolution confirms the appointment by the Mayor of Lucretia Robinson to serve a
four-year term expiring June 1, 2030, on the Board of Elections.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
The Mayor has made appointments to boards and commissions selecting individuals to
serve terms which expire during a particular calendar year and presented them to Council
for approval.
BACKGROUND:
Due to the term expiration of Alvin Rivera, there is one spot available to serve a four-year
term expiring June 1, 2030, on the Board of Elections.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
This is a volunteer committee and members serve without compensation.

RESOLUTION NO. 16324
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE
MAYOR OF LUCRETIA ROBINSON TO SERVE A FOUR-YEAR
TERM EXPIRING JUNE 1, 2030, ON THE BOARD OF
ELECTIONS
WHEREAS, Mayor Heather Graham has requested confirmation by the City Council of
her appointment of Lucretia Robinson to the Board of Elections; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The appointment by the Mayor of Lucretia Robinson to the Board of Elections to serve a
four-year term expiring June 1, 2030, on the Board of Elections shall be and is hereby confirmed
by the City Council
SECTION 2.
The officers and staff of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with
this Resolution to implement the appointments described herein.
SECTION 3.
This Resolution shall become effective on the date of final action by the Mayor and City
Council.
