SUMMARY:
Attached is a Revocable Permit submitted by the Pueblo Chamber of Commerce.

BACKGROUND
The Pueblo Chamber of Commerce has submitted a Revocable Permit (REV-26-3)
application requesting the use of Grand Avenue from City Center Drive to Union Avenue,
D Street from Victoria Avenue to Main Street, C Street from Victoria Avenue to Main
Street, Union Avenue from City Center Drive to B Street, and Alan Hamel Avenue to Main
Street to host the 32nd Annual Chile and Frijoles Festival from September 16, 2026, at
7:00 a.m. until September 21, 2026, at 7:00 a.m.

AVENUE TO MAIN STREET TO HOST THE 32ND ANNUAL

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1..
The attached Revocable Permit (REV-26-3) is authorized to be issued to the Pueblo
Chamber of Commerce for the use of Grand Avenue from City Center Drive to Union Avenue, D Street
from Victoria Avenue to Main Street, C Street from Victoria Avenue to Main Street, Union Avenue from
City Center Drive to B Street, and Alan Hamel Avenue to Main Street to host the 32nd Annual Chile
and Frijoles Festival.
SECTION 2.
The use of the public right-of-way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms, and
conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit.
SECTION 3.
The officers of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with the intent
of this Resolution to implement the policies and procedures described herein.
SECTION 4.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval.
