SUBJECT: AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FACILITY USE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF PUEBLO, A COLORADO MUNICIPAL
CORPORATION, AND FLIX NORTH AMERICA, INC., AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAME
SUMMARY:
Attached is a Facility Use Agreement between the City of Pueblo, a Colorado Municipal
Corporation, and Flix North America, Inc for providing Bus Loading and Unloading
parking at the Transit Center at 123 Court Ave.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
The City and Greyhound Bus Lines, a subsidiary of Flix North America, Inc., entered into
BACKGROUND:
Attached is a proposed agreement which allows for facility use and subject to the terms
and conditions therein set forth.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
Flix North America Inc will pay $42,000 to the City of Pueblo for the Use of the Facility.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Pueblo Transit Board recommends approval.
STAKEHOLDER PROCESS:
Not applicable.
ALTERNATIVES:
Should this Ordinance not pass, Flix North America, Inc., will no longer have access and
use of the Facility.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the Ordinance.

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FACILITY USE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF PUEBLO, A COLORADO MUNICIPAL
CORPORATION, AND FLIX NORTH AMERICA, INC., AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
Corporation, and Flix North America, Inc., attached hereto, having been approved as to form by
the City Attorney, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2.
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said Agreement for and on behalf of the City
and the City Clerk is authorized to affix the seal of the City thereto and attest same.
SECTION 3.
The officers and staff of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with
this Ordinance and the attached Agreement to implement the policies and procedures described
therein.
SECTION 4.
This Ordinance shall become effective on the date of final action by the Mayor and City
Council.

Final adoption of Ordinance by City Council on April 13, 2026.
