SUBJECT: A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE MAYOR
OF ROBERT HUDGENS, FRANK NEMICK, AND BILL HICKMAN TO
SERVE A THREE-YEAR TERM EXPIRING APRIL 1, 2029, ON THE FIRE
BOARD OF APPEALS
SUMMARY:
This resolution confirms the appointment by the Mayor of members to serve a three-year
term expiring April 1, 2029, on the Fire Board of Appeals.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
The Mayor has made appointments to boards and commissions selecting individuals to
serve terms which expire during a particular calendar year and presented them to
Council for approval.
BACKGROUND:
Due to the term expirations of Robert Hudgens, Shawn Shelton, and Frank Nem ick, there
are three positions available to serve a three-year term expiring April 1, 2029 on the Fire
Board of Appeals.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
This is a volunteer committee and members serve without compensation.

RESOLUTION NO. 16279
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE
MAYOR OF ROBERT HUDGENS, FRANK NEMICK, AND BILL
HICKMAN TO SERVE A THREE-YEAR TERM EXPIRING APRIL
1, 2029, ON THE FIRE BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS, Mayor Heather Graham has requested confirmation by the City Council of her
appointment of Robert Hudgens, Frank Nemick, and Bill Hickman to the Fire Board of Appeals;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The appointment by the Mayor of Robert Hudgens, Frank Nemick, and Bill Hickman to the
Fire Board of Appeals to serve a three-year term expiring April 1, 2029 shall be and is hereby
confirmed by the City Council.
SECTION 2
The officers and staff of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with
this Resolution to implement the appointments described herein.
SECTION 3.
This Resolution shall become effective on the date of final action by the Mayor and City
Council.
