SUBJECT: A RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 2 OF RESOLUTION NO. 16175
TO CORRECT AN ERROR RELATED TO FUNDING FOR PROJECT NO.
CI2510 - CONVERGYS SITE REDEVELOPMENT
SUMMARY:
This Resolution amends Section 2 of Resolution No. 16175 passed on November 10,
2025 to correct an error in the language of the original Resolution related to funding for
Project No. CI2510 - Convergys Site Redevelopment.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
BACKGROUND:
This Resolution amends Section 2 of Resolution No. 16175 passed on November 10,
2025 to correct an error in the language of the original Resolution related to funding for
Project No. CI2510 - Convergys Site Redevelopment. The original Resolution contained
language which transferred, budgeted, and appropriated a total of $900,000 into the
project account when the amount should have been $600,000.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
This amendment to Resolution No. 16175 will result in a total of $600,000 being
transferred from various project accounts (PL0804, CI1901, CI1809, CI1605, and
CIAN23) into Project No. CI2510 - Convergys Site Redevelopment.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Not applicable to this Resolution.
STAKEHOLDER PROCESS:
Not applicable to this Resolution.
ALTERNATIVES:
Failure to pass this Resolution will prevent the City from correcting the error in the amount
budgeted and appropriated for the project.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the Resolution.

RESOLUTION NO. 16210
A RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 2 OF RESOLUTION NO.
16175 TO CORRECT AN ERROR RELATED TO FUNDING FOR
PROJECT NO. CI2510 - CONVERGYS SITE REDEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, City Council passed Resolution No. 16175 on November 10, 2025 which
transferred, budgeted, and appropriated funds from various project accounts into a new project
account, CI2510 - Convergys Site Redevelopment, and
WHEREAS, an error in Section 2 of Resolution No. 16175 was subsequently discovered
in which funds in excess of that required for the Convergys Site Redevelopment Project were
directed to be transferred, budgeted, and appropriated into project account CI2510, and
WHEREAS, an amendment to Section 2 of Resolution No. 16175 is required, NOW
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
Section 2 of Resolution No. 16175 passed on November 10, 2025 is here by deleted in its
entirety and amended to read as follows:
SECTION 2.
The Director of Finance is directed to transfer funds in the total amount of $600,000.00
by transferring $85,310.52 from Project PL0804 - Santa Fe & 1st Street (City Center)
Improvement Project; $188,251.67 from Project CI1901 - Demolition/Abatement of Dangerous
Buildings, $149,324.52 from Project CI1809 - 2018 Abatement/Demo of Buildings; $71,914.23
from Project CI1605 - 2016 Abatement and Demolition of Dangerous Buildings; and $105,199.06
from Project CIAN23 - Demolition of Unsafe Structures into Project No. CI2510, and appropriating
a total of $600,000.00 into Project No. CI2510 - Convergys Site Redevelopment.
SECTION 3.
The Officers of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with this
Resolution to implement the policies and procedures described herein.
SECTION 4.
This Resolution shall become effective upon passage and approval.
