PERMIT (REV-25-35) TO THE YMCA OF PUEBLO FOR THE USE OF
ONE LANE OF SPAULDING AVENUE AND ONE LANE OF PARKER
BOULEVARD FOR THEIR 2025 YMCA HOT CHOCOLATE 5K
RUN/WALK AND THE 1K KIDS FUN RUN EVENT
SUMMARY:
Attached is a draft Revocable Permit (REV-25-35) submitted by the YMCA of Pueblo.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
None.
BACKGROUND:
The YMCA of Pueblo has submitted a Revocable Permit application (REV-25-35) for the use of one
lane of Spaulding Avenue and one lane of Parker Boulevard for their 2025 YMCA Hot Chocolate 5K
Run/Walk and the 1K Kids Fun Run on December 27, 2025, from 7:00 a.m. to 11 a.m.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
None.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval.
STAKEHOLDER PROCESS:
None.
ALTERNATIVES:
Failure to approve the Resolution will prevent the applicant from utilizing the right-of-way
to host its event.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the Resolution.

EVENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The attached Revocable Permit (REV-25-35) is authorized to be issued to the YMCA of
Pueblo for the use of one lane of Spaulding Avenue and one lane of Parker Boulevard for their 2025
YMCA Hot Chocolate 5K Run/Walk and the 1K Kids Fun Run on December 27, 2025, from 7:00 a.m.
to 11 a.m.
SECTION 2.
The use of the public right-of-way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms, and
conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit (REV-25-35).
SECTION 3.
The officers of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with the intent
of this Resolution to implement the policies and procedures described herein.
SECTION 4.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval.
