SUBJECT: A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE MAYOR
OF MARTINE ORR AND OLIVIA ST. ONGE TO COMPLETE A FOUR-
YEAR TERM EXPIRING AUGUST 30, 2027, ON THE PUEBLO ADA
ADVISORY COMMITTEE
SUMMARY:
This Resolution confirms the appointment by the Mayor of Martine Orr and Olivia St.
Onge to complete a four-year term expiring August 30, 2027, on the Pueblo ADA
Advisory Committee.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
The Mayor has made appointments to boards and commissions selecting individuals to
serve terms which expire during a particular calendar year and presented them to
Council for approval.
BACKGROUND:
Since the committee composition of up to 15 members, there are positions available to
serve a four-year term expiring August 30, 2026 or August 30, 2027 on the ADA Advisory
Committee.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
This is a volunteer committee and members serve without compensation.

ALTERNATIVES:
Remove from the agenda and re-advertise for additional applications.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the Resolution.

RESOLUTION NO. 16206
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE
MAYOR OF MARTINE ORR AND OLIVIA ST. ONGE TO
COMPLETE A FOUR-YEAR TERM EXPIRING AUGUST 30, 2027,
ON THE PUEBLO ADA ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Mayor Heather Graham has requested confirmation by the City Council of her
appointment of Martine Orr and Olivia St. Onge to complete a four-year term expiring August 30,
2027, on the Pueblo ADA Advisory Committee; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The appointment by the Mayor of Martine Orr and Olivia St. Onge to complete a four-year
term expiring August 30, 2027, on the Pueblo ADA Advisory Committee shall be and is hereby
confirmed by the City Council.
SECTION 2.
The officers and staff of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with
this Resolution to implement the appointments described herein.
SECTION 3.
This Resolution shall become effective on the date of final action by the Mayor and City
Council.
