SUBJECT: A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE MAYOR
OF GUY CHABOT AND CHRISTINA TRUJILLO TO SERVE A FOUR-
YEAR TERM EXPIRING JANUARY 1, 2030, ON THE HISTORIC
PRESERVATION COMMISSION
SUMMARY:
This Resolution confirms the appointment by the Mayor of Guy Chabot and Christina
Trujillo to serve a four-year term expiring January 1, 2030, on the Historic Preservation
Commission.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
The Mayor has made appointments to boards and commissions selecting individuals to
serve terms which expire during a particular calendar year and presented them to
Council for approval.
BACKGROUND:
Due to the normal term expirations of Raymond Chavez and Guy Chabot, there are two
appointments available to serve a four-year term on the Historic Preservation
Commission. Both incumbents are eligible for reappointment. The Mayor interviewed all
eligible applicants.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
This is a volunteer committee and members serve without compensation.

Remove from the agenda and re-advertise for additional applications.

RESOLUTION NO. 16205
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE
MAYOR OF GUY CHABOT AND CHRISTINA TRUJILLO TO
SERVE A FOUR-YEAR TERM EXPIRING JANUARY 1, 2030, ON
THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Mayor Heather Graham has requested confirmation by the City Council of
her appointment of Guy Chabot and Christina Trujillo to serve a four-year term expiring January
1, 2030, on the Historic Preservation Commission; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The appointment by the Mayor of Guy Chabot and Christina Trujillo to serve a four-year
term expiring January 1, 2030, on the Historic Preservation Commission shall be and is hereby
confirmed by the City Council.
SECTION 2.
The officers and staff of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with
this Resolution to implement the appointments described herein.
SECTION 3.
This Resolution shall become effective on the date of final action by the Mayor and City
Council.
