A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE
MAYOR OF MARY BETH ROTH, TONY MONTOYA, AND MIKE
RICOTTONE TO SERVE A THREE-YEAR TERM EXPIRING
DECEMBER 1, 2028, ON THE PUEBLO MUNICIPAL GOLF
COURSE ENTERPRISE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Mayor Heather Graham has requested confirmation by the City Council of
her appointment of Mary Beth Roth, Tony Montoya, and Mike Ricottone to the Pueblo Municipal
Golf Course Enterprise Advisory Committee; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The following individual is hereby appointed to the Pueblo Municipal Golf Course
Enterprise Advisory Committee to serve a three-year term expiring December 1, 2028 in the
Citizen At-Large position:
Mary Beth Roth
SECTION 2.
The following individual is hereby reappointed to the Pueblo Municipal Golf Course
Enterprise Advisory Committee to serve a three-year term expiring December 1, 2028 in the
Walking Stick Daily Green Fee Rep position:
Mike Ricottone
SECTION 3.
The following individual is hereby reappointed to the Pueblo Municipal Golf Course
Enterprise Advisory Committee to serve a three-year term expiring December 1, 2028 in the
Elmwood Daily Green Fee Rep position:
Tony Montoya
SECTION 4.
The officers and staff of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with
this Resolution to implement the appointments described herein.
SECTION 5.
This Resolution shall become effective on the date of final action by the Mayor and City
Council.

SUMMARY:
This Resolution confirms the appointment by the Mayor of Mary Beth Roth, Tony
Montoya, and Mike Ricottone to serve a three-year term expiring December 1, 2028, on
the Pueblo Municipal Golf Course Enterprise Advisory Committee.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
The Mayor has made appointments to boards and commissions selecting individuals to
serve terms which expire during a particular calendar year and presented them to
Council for approval.
BACKGROUND:
Due to the term expirations of Mike Ricottone, Tony Montoya, and Joe Latino, there are
appointments available to serve a three-year term expiring December 1, 2028, on the
Pueblo Municipal Golf Course Enterprise Advisory Committee. One member must be
an Elmwood Daily Green Fee Rep, one must be a Walkingstick Daily Green Fee Rep,
and one must be a Citizen at Large. Three candidates were interviewed by the Mayor.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
This is a volunteer committee and members serve without compensation.
