A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REVOCABLE
PERMIT (REV-25-38) TO PUEBLO COUNTY, A POLITICAL
SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF COLORADO, FOR THE USE OF W.
10TH STREET FROM COURT STREET TO N. MAIN STREET; N. MAIN
STREET FROM W. 9TH STREET TO W. 11TH STREET; AND COURT
STREET FROM W. 11TH STREET TO W. 10TH STREET FOR THE
PURPOSE OF FACILITATING THE COURTHOUSE LIGHTING
CEREMONY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The attached Revocable Permit (REV-25-38) is authorized to be issued to Pueblo
County, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado, for the use of W. 10th Street from Court
Street to N. Main Street; N. Main Street from W. 9th Street to W. 11th Street; and Court Street
from W. 11th Street to W. 10th Street for the purpose of facilitating the Courthouse Lighting
Ceremony
SECTION 2.
The use of the public right-of-way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms, and
conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit.
SECTION 3.
The Officers of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with the
intent of this Resolution to implement the policies and procedures described herein.
SECTION 4.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval.

SUMMARY:
Attached is a Revocable Permit submitted by the Pueblo County Government.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
None.
BACKGROUND:
The Pueblo County Government has submitted a Revocable Permit (REV-24-39)
requesting to close Main Street from West 8th Street to West 11th Street, Court Street
from West 10th Street to West 12th Street and West 10th Street from Grand Avenue to
Santa Fe Avenue for the purpose of facilitating the Courthouse Lighting Ceremony on
November 26th, 2024, from 8:00 A.M. to 11:59 P.M.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
None.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval.
STAKEHOLDER PROCESS:
None.
ALTERNATIVES:
Failure to approve the Resolution will prevent the applicant from utilizing the right-of-
way to host its event.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the Resolution.
