SUBJECT: A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE MAYOR
OF BILL ZWICK TO SERVE A THREE-YEAR TERM EXPIRING
NOVEMBER 1, 2028, ON THE PUEBLO STREETSCAPE ADVISORY
COMMITTEE
SUMMARY:
A Resolution confirming the appointment by the Mayor of Bill Zwick to serve a three-year
term expiring November 1, 2028, on the Pueblo Streetscape Advisory Committee.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
The Mayor has made appointments to boards and commissions selecting individuals to
serve terms which expire during a particular calendar year and presented them to
Council for approval.
BACKGROUND:
Due to the term expiration of Bill Zwick, there is one appointment available to serve a
three-year term expiring November 1, 2028, on the Pueblo Streetscape Advisory
Committee. There is also a previous resignation leaving a vacancy to complete a term
ending November 1, 2026.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
This is a volunteer committee and members serve without compensation.

Remove from the agenda and re-advertise for additional applications.

RESOLUTION NO. 16168
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE
MAYOR OF BILL ZWICK TO SERVE A THREE-YEAR TERM
EXPIRING NOVEMBER 1, 2028, ON THE PUEBLO
STREETSCAPE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Mayor Heather Graham has requested confirmation by the City Council of
her appointment of Bill Zwick to the Pueblo Streetscape Advisory Committee; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The appointment by the Mayor of Bill Zwick to the Pueblo Streetscape Advisory Committee
to serve a three-year term expiring November 1, 2028 shall be and is hereby confirmed by the
City Council.
SECTION 2.
The officers and staff of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with
this Resolution to implement the appointments described herein.
SECTION 3.
This Resolution shall become effective on the date of final action by the Mayor and City
Council.
