PERMIT (REV-25-36) TO THE BESSEMER HISTORICAL SOCIETY
D/B/A STEELWORKS CENTER OF THE WEST TO HOST THE
BESSEMER TRUNK OR TREAT
SUMMARY:
Attached is a Revocable Permit (REV-25-36) submitted by the Bessemer Historical
Society d/b/a Steelworks Center of the West to host the Bessemer Trunk or Treat for the
closure of W. Arroyo Avenue between E. Evans Avenue and E. Routt Avenue on October
30, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
None.
BACKGROUND:
The applicant has submitted a Revocable Permit application (REV-25-36) requesting the
closure of W. Arroyo Avenue between E. Evans Avenue and E. Routt Avenue to host the
Bessemer Trunk or Treat on October 30, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
None.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval.
STAKEHOLDER PROCESS:
None.
ALTERNATIVES:
Failure to approve the Resolution will prevent the applicant from using the streets listed
above.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the Resolution.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The attached Revocable Permit (REV-25-36) is authorized to be issued to the Bessemer
Historical Society d/b/a Steelworks Center of the West for the closure of W. Arroyo Avenue
between E. Evans Avenue and E. Routt Avenue to host the Bessemer Trunk or Treat on October
30, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
SECTION 2.
The use of the public right-of-way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms, and
conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit.
SECTION 3.
The officers of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with this
Resolution to implement the policies and procedures described herein.
SECTION 4.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval.
