By Ordinance No. 11032, City Council approved an Employment Agreement and

BACKGROUND:
Trussworks is a manufacturing company based in Texas, which makes roof trusses, floor
trusses, and wall panels to support residential and multifamily builders in multiple

Trussworks chose the Property because of its proximity to the railroad tracks and the
availability of the railroad tracks to receive materials and ship their manufactured
trusses. The attached License Agreement grants Trussworks access over and onto City-
owned property for the purpose of loading and offloading materials, equipment, and
supplies from the railroad track located within the licensed areas, and other related and
necessary incidental uses.
The Parties
anticipate closing on the sale of the Property on or before November 7, 2025.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
There will be no direct financial impact to the City.
