STREET RESURFACING TO ACCOUNT PROJECT HU2511
SUMMARY:
Attached is a Resolution establishing new Account Project HU2511 Concrete
Improvements - Jones Ave and Transferring Funds in the amount of $1,100,000.00 from
Account Project HUAN01 to Account Project HU2511
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
None.
BACKGROUND:
This resolution establishes the project and transfers funds for the upcoming concrete
improvements project on Jones Avenue, between Hollywood Avenue and Lake Avenue.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
Funds in the amount of $1,100,000.00 will be transferred from Account Project HUAN01,
Street Resurfacing into Account Project HU2511 - Concrete Improvements - Jones Ave.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
None.
STAKEHOLDER PROCESS:
None.
ALTERNATIVES:
Denial of this Resolution will prevent the transfer of funds.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the Resolution.

A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A NEW ACCOUNT PROJECT
HU2511 CONCRETE IMPROVEMENTS - JONES AVE;
TRANSFERRING FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,100,000
FROM ACCOUNT PROJECT HUAN01 STREET RESURFACING
TO ACCOUNT PROJECT HU2511
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
Account Project HU2511 - Concrete Improvements - Jones Ave is hereby established.
SECTION 2.
Funds in the amount of $1,100,000.00 are hereby transferred from Account Project
HUAN01 - Street Resurfacing to Account Project HU2511 - Concrete Improvements - Jones Ave.
SECTION 3.
The Officers of the City of Pueblo are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent
with this Resolution to implement the policies and procedures described herein.
SECTION 4.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval.
