A RESOLUTION FINDING SUBSTANTIAL COMPLIANCE
WITH C.R.S. 1963, 139-21-6(1) OF THE PETITION
FOR ANNEXATION OF THE TERRITORY COMMONLY KNOWN
AND DESCRIBED AS LYING NORTH OF PRESENT CITY
LIMITS AND ON BOTH SIDES OF OVERTON ROAD
WHEREAS, a petition for annexation of the territory
described in Section 1 hereof has been filed with the City Clerk;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO,

The Petition for Annexation of the following described
territory situated in Puebla County, Colorado is hereby found
and determined to be in substantial compliance with the provisions
of C.R.S., 1963, 139-21-6(1), as amended:
The South one-half of Section 7, Township 20 South,
Range 64 West of the 6th P_M_; the East one-half of
the East one-half of the Southeast one -quarter of
Section 12, Township 20 South, Range 65 West of the
6th P.M., containing 360 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2.
A public hearing to determine whether said proposed
annexation complies with the appropriate provisions of C.R.S.
1963, 139-21-3 and 139-21-4, as amended, or such parts thereof
as may be required to establish eligibility under the provisions
of the "Municipal Annexation Act of 1965" shall be held on
October 14, 1-974, commencing at 7;30 o°clock p.m. or as
soon thereafter as Council business allows,
