SUBJECT: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 10943 TO CORRECT
AN ERROR IN THE IDENTIFICATION OF THE PURCHASE ORDER IN
SAID ORDINANCE
SUMMARY:
Attached is an Ordinance approving and authorizing the Mayor to sign an Amendment
to Ordinance no. 10943 to correct an error in the identification of the Purchase Order in
said Ordinance.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
On May 12, 2025, City Council passed Ordinance 10943 with CEO POGG1 25-1178
attached.
BACKGROUND:
Ordinance 10943 accepted a small dollar grant and budgeting funds for an electric
bicycle (e-bike) program to provide transportation alternatives to City of Pueblo
employees. Funds were budgeted and appropriated into Project Account CI2457 E-
Commute Pueblo. CEO POGG1 25-1178 City of Pueblo was attached to the
Ordinance in error. The correct attachment is CEO POGG1 25-692.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
None.

Not applicable to this Ordinance.
STAKEHOLDER PROCESS:
Not applicable to this Ordinance.
ALTERNATIVES:
If this Ordinance is not approved, the incorrect PO will remain attached to the
Ordinance.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Department of Public Works recommends approval of this Ordinance.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO that:
SECTION 1.
All references in Ordinance 10943 to Purchase Order No. POGG, EFAA,
20250000001178 dated March 4, 2025,shall be amended to instead reference Purchase
Order No. POGG, EFAA, 202500000692, which Purchase Order is attached hereto and
substituted for Purchase Order No. POGG, EFAA, 20250000001178 dated March 4,
2025.
SECTION 2.
The officers and staff of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts
consistent with this Ordinance and the attached Amendmentto implement the policies
and procedures described therein.
SECTION 3.
This Ordinance shall become effective on the date of final action by the Mayor and
City Council.
