SUBJECT: A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE MAYOR
OF COLE TIBBS TO COMPLETE A FOUR-YEAR TERM EXPIRING
MAY 9, 2027, ON THE PUEBLO DEPOT ACTIVITY DEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS
SUMMARY:
This Resolution confirms the appointment by the Mayor of Cole Tibbs to complete a
four-year term expiring on May 9, 2027 on the Pueblo Depot Activity Development
Authority Board of Directors.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
The Mayor has made appointments to boards and commissions selecting individuals to
serve terms which expire during a particular calendar year and presented them to
Council for approval.
BACKGROUND:
Due to the resignation of Kurt Madic, there is one position available to complete a term
on the Pueblo Depot Activity Development Authority Board of Directors.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
This is a volunteer committee and members serve without compensation.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The board recommends approval of the Resolution.
STAKEHOLDER PROCESS:
N/A
ALTERNATIVES:
Remove from the agenda and re-advertise for additional applications.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the Resolution.

A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE
MAYOR OF COLE TIBBS TO COMPLETE A FOUR-YEAR TERM
EXPIRING MAY 9, 2027, ON THE PUEBLO DEPOT ACTIVITY
DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS
WHEREAS, Mayor Heather Graham has requested confirmation by the City Council of her
appointment of Cole Tibbs to the Pueblo Depot Activity Development Authority Board of
Directors; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The appointment by the Mayor of Cole Tibbs to the Pueblo Depot Activity Development
Authority Board of Directors to complete a four-year term expiring May 9, 2027, shall be and is
hereby confirmed by the City Council.
SECTION 2.
The officers and staff of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent
with this Resolution to implement the appointments described herein.
SECTION 3.
This Resolution shall become effective on the date of final action by the Mayor and City
Council.
