A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE
MAYOR OF RONALD SERNA, PAUL WILLUMSTAD, AND
CORINNE KOEHLER TO SERVE A FIVE-YEAR TERM
EXPIRING JULY 31, 2030, ON THE PUEBLO CONSERVANCY
DISTRICT
WHEREAS, Mayor Heather Graham has requested confirmation by the City Council of her
appointment of Ronald Serna, Paul Willumstad, and Corinne Koehler to the Pueblo
Conservancy District; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The reappointment by the Mayor of Ronald Serna, Paul Willumstad, and Corinne
Koehler to the Pueblo Conservancy District to serve a five-year term expiring July 31, 2030,
shall be and is hereby confirmed by the City Council.
SECTION 2.
The officers and staff of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent
with this Resolution to implement the appointments described herein.
SECTION 3.
This Resolution shall become effective on the date of final action by the Mayor and City
Council.

CONSERVANCY DISTRICT
SUMMARY:
This Resolution confirms the reappointment by the Mayor Ronald Serna, Paul Willumstad,
and Corinne Koehler to serve a five-year term expiring July 31, 2030, on the Pueblo
Conservancy District.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
The Mayor has made appointments to boards and commissions selecting individuals to
serve terms which expire during a particular calendar year and presented them to Council
for approval.
BACKGROUND:
Due to the regular term expirations of Ms. Koehler, Mr. Serna, and Mr. Willumstad, there
are three appointments available to serve a five-year term expiring July 31, 2030. All three
candidates were interviewed by the Mayor.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
This is a volunteer committee and members serve without compensation.
