A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT FROM THE
COUNCIL CONTINGENCIES ACCOUNT IN THE 2025 GENERAL
FUND BUDGET TO PIGNANELLI PARTNERS IN THE AMOUNT
OF $750 TO SPONSOR CATCHING TEENS UPSTREAM FOR
THE CENTER FOR ARTS THERAPIES & CREATIVE HEALING
YOUTH (C.A.T.C.H. YOUTH) FROM 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM AT
RAWLINGS LIBRARY - 4TH FLOOR ON MAY 16, 2025
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
Payment in the amount of $750 from the Council Contingencies Account in the 2025
General Fund Budget is authorized to be paid to Pignanelli Partners to sponsor Catching Teens
Upstream for C.A.T.C.H. Youth from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM at Rawlings Library - 4th Floor on May
16, 2025.
SECTION 2.
The officers and staff of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with
the intent of this Resolution to effectuate the policies and procedures described herein.
SECTION 3.
This Resolution shall become effective upon passage and approval.

SUMMARY:
Attached for consideration is a request for support of Pignanelli Partners in the amount
of $750 to sponsor Catching Teens Upstream for the Center for Arts Therapies &
Creative Healing Youth (C.A.T.C.H. Youth) from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM at Rawlings Library
- 4th Floor on May 16, 2025.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
None.
BACKGROUND:
City Council Member Sarah Martinez is requesting $750 to sponsor Catching Teens
Upstream for C.A.T.C.H. Youth. The event took place on May 16, 2025, 9:00 AM - 12:00
PM at Rawlings Library - 4th Floor.
Pignanelli Partners is a company committed to developing programs for community
cultural advancement to ensure that every child in Pueblo has the tools they need to
thrive. C.A.T.C.H. YOUTH is a community-driven program developed by Pignanelli
Partners dedicated to re-imagining how mental health support is delivered to teens in
Pueblo by integrating arts-based therapies into preventive mental health care. This
program aims to foster resilience, build critical communication skills, and provide a new
model for collaboration across all sectors invested in the well-being of young people.
This event sparked a community conver
included performances, breakout sessions, and discussions. This sponsorship will
support the breakfast provided for attendees.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
Payment of funds in the amount of $750 would be paid from the Council Contingencies
Account in the 2025 General Fund Budget to Pignanelli Partners.
