A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE
MAYOR OF NORM GONZALES TO SERVE A THREE-YEAR
TERM EXPIRING SEPTEMBER 30, 2025, ON THE PUEBLO
MEMORIAL AIRPORT ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Mayor Heather Graham has requested confirmation by the City Council of
her appointment of Norm Gonzales to the Pueblo Memorial Airport Advisory Committee; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The appointment by the Mayor of Norm Gonzales to the Pueblo Memorial Airport Advisory
Committee to serve a three-year term expiring September 30, 2025, shall be and is hereby
confirmed by the City Council.
SECTION 2.
The officers and staff of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with
this Resolution to implement the appointments described herein.
SECTION 3.
This Resolution shall become effective on the date of final action by the Mayor and City
Council.

SUMMARY:
This Resolution confirms the appointment by the Mayor of Norm Gonzales to serve a
three-year term expiring September 30, 2025, on the Pueblo Memorial Airport Advisory
Committee.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
The Mayor has made appointments to boards and commissions selecting individuals to
serve terms which expire during a particular calendar year and presented them to
Council for approval.
BACKGROUND:
Due to the resignation of Nathan Dinsmore, there is one spot available to complete a
term on the Pueblo Memorial Airport Advisory Committee.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
This is a volunteer committee and members serve without compensation.

ALTERNATIVES:
Remove from the agenda and re-advertise for additional applications.
